Free school support from Barclays
The bank will offer £1m to people that want to set up free schools and invest £15m in money management causes.
It will also provide work experience to 3,000 pupils aged 16 to 18 from academies and free schools, and will encourage staff to become governors.
The National Union of Teachers accused the government of "opening up schools to the market place".
A total of 24 free schools opened in September last year and 71 are due to open from this September.
Academies and free schools are key parts of changes the coalition government has brought in.
They are state-funded but with even more freedom over the curriculum and teachers' pay and conditions than other schools.
The government would like all schools to become academies, which are different from local authority control.
Free schools can be set up by groups including charities, businesses, parents and religious bodies.
But critics who opposed to free schools and the expansion of academies say, "this will lead to a two-tier system and the break-up of the state education system."
Thank You

Anti-Bullying Week - A great success!
Last week the students of Sidney Stringer Academy came together to make a stand against bullying. Throughout the week we listened and created adverts in tutorials, watched plays in assemblies and bought badges and wristbands all to put an end to bullying in our Academy. The week was a huge success and showed the true community spirit that runs through Stringer blood. The final show of support was when the House's went to the school's astro turf to take hands and form a circle of trust. BBC reporter Emily, accompanied by Musad (our photographer) went down to witness the great event.
Miss Stark, an English teacher of Sidney Stringer commented on the day: "A final word from me, it was great to see so many students supporting such an important cause — well done to all!"
Hand in hand last friday all students were encouraged to participate in the 'Chain of Support' in honor of anti-bullying week. So did you go? What did you think about it? Many people, students and staff were impressed with the turn out.
"I think it's a good thing for charity, it provides a sense of support and house spirit. It also helps us to become one as an Academy" A year 9 student, Firdous, from Sidney Stringer Academy.
A year 8 student, Mariah, from Swanswell House commented: "It shows how many people think that bullying is wrong and helps the ones being bullied realize they're not alone."
Miss Southerton, the week's co-ordinator, gave us a great and wonderful insight into the plans and events that were chosen for us. She stated that organizing the week's events was "important to stop bullying in schools". Ad well as this gave us the reason behind the green wristbands, that were sold for raising charity in the week. She said it's "Because the Academy color is green! it's not about the house you're in; it's about the academy saying 'NO' to bullying!"
A huge Thank You to Miss Southerton for her time and efforts into organizing the event. It truly was a fantastic shot as the photos demonstrated.
Phoenix House had the best turn out but were closely followed by the other Houses behind.
